  • Payments are accepted via our website for subscription by all major credit and debit cards.
  • Other payments methods are by agreement.
  • The payment once received will provide automatic access to our website content.
  • All charges are per calendar year.
  • We will provide you with advance notification to your subscription renewal membership.
  • By completing payment, you give express consent for immediate access to service and digital content provided. The right to cancel the contract will be lost as soon as access is provided, and payment received.


  • Once access have been paid for and granted refunds will not be provided.
  • Exceptions to the above include where access has constantly not been obtained.
  • We will refund any prorate refunds if we stop a particular service.
  • We will notify you in advance if our fee structure changes.
  • If any payment is overdue, we reserve the right to disable access to or provide one of our services.
  • Upon expiration or termination of any subscription or service period you may not use, reproduce, distribute, transfer. Sell sub-license or otherwise make available or create derivative works of the service or content provided by HSEQOneStop Limited.
  • We may, at our sole discretion, at any time and for any reason, terminate the service, terminate this agreement, or suspend or terminate your account. In the event of suspension or termination, your account will be disabled, and you may not be granted access to your account or any files or other content (including user content) contained in your account, and we may delete your content, although residual copies of information may remain in our system for some time for back-up purposes.


  • If you choose, or are provided with a username, password, or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you agree not to disclose it to any other person or entity.

Subscription, Subscription & Support CV, and Recruitment Terms

In addition to the terms set out within this document please read these specific terms below carefully with regards to the provision of Subscription and/or Subscription and Support Services.

Subscription Service

Account – In order to use the service, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter into contracts, complete the registration process, agree to the terms, and provide true, complete, and up to date contact information.

By using the website and / or other services, you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above, and that you will not use the service in a way that violates any laws or regulations. We may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time.

In order to use the service, you must have a valid account. To acquire an account for the service, you must provide us with an electronic mail address and other account information requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access data for your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account. This also applies to your login only being used by one person. The number of users must not exceed the number of accounts you have subscribed to us. Login in details must not be shared with others.

In consideration of use of the service, you agree to

CV Services

The services provided are outlined on the website inclusive of the following terms.

CV Services

  • You are solely responsible for any information submitted by you.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all information supplied by you is true, accurate, up to date and not misleading or likely to mislead or deceive.
  • We will use information supplied by you to provide you with CV writing advice.
  • We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration and any further forms, assessments, or personal details which you complete or provide us when using our services.
  • Our use of CVs and other personal information supplied by you is governed by our Privacy policy
  • All CV’s will be formatted in Microsoft Word unless otherwise requested.
  • We will review and make as many amendments to your CV as you require.
  • We aim to deliver this service within 48 hours of receiving payment and the CV
  • Any requested changes to your CV must be made within 7 working days of the CV being sent to you. After this period of time, you will have been deemed to be completely satisfied.
  • We will accept order cancellations within 24 hours of receipt of payment. However, where payment was made in advance of a CV being produced this will incur a fee of 20% of the amount tendered to cover business administrative costs, bank transfer charges and currency exchange rates.
  • As part of the CV service, we will also hold you completed CV on record for any job postings or suitable roles that may appear. If you do not wish us to do this then please notify us in writing on completion of the CV service.
  • We will advertise vacancies on our website as and when they are requested by a client, subscriber or other source.
  • We will notify you of any suitable vacancies that are notified to us and which match to the recruiter role criteria, your experience, qualifications, capabilities, competencies and suitability for the particular role.
  • Before putting your CV forward, we will always ask you permission by email. If no consent is received, we will not forward you details.
  • We will not display on our website or provide to any 3rd party any candidate details.
  • You can request at any time for us to remove any information about you from our database.

  • The service provision will be agreed on a client-by-client basis and under specific Terms and Conditions which will be communicated between the company and the recruiter.
